From providing us with a self-guided walking tour to checking on us during a rainstorm, his hospitality was exceptional. He even arranged a private airport transfer with a serenading driver! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location near the train station was convenient for travel. we highly recommend Palazzo Ferrara for a memorable stay in Naples.
